We stand by our factory and both the quality and craftsmanship of each and every Rustic Road artisan. This is why we wear our heart on our sleeve when it comes to quality. If your knife doesn't stay sharp within 30 days of purchase, you simply get your money back*.

“If at anytime you are completely unsatisfied with the performance of your Rustic Road Australia Product, we will correct the problem or replace it”

 

Our knives have been crafted to outperform any other knife you may have previously had. Through rigorous professional testing, we have become so confident in our products that if you no longer are satisfied with them, we will rectify the issue or replace you blade*. SATISFACTION DOES NOT HAVE A TIME LIMIT!

*Our Guarantee’s are a representation of our commitment to exceptional quality products, and even better customer service. To help us deliver on these guarantees’,  for all returning products:

 

  1. Product must be returned at your own expense.

  2. 10% of products purchase price will be deducted from refund for handling and restocking.

  3. All goods must be returned in a clean state with all original accompanying items and in original packaging.

  4. All goods returned must be in new condition. No major marks, scratches or other blemishes that were not on the product when new. We define a “major” mark or scratch as one that can be felt with your finger nail, or does not polish out.

  5. Our Guarantee’s are only applicable to knives purchased directly from Rustic Road Australia, and only apply to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all Guarantee claims. 

 

We take pride in our guarantees in the pursuit for product and customer service excellence. However, Rustic Road Australia reserves the right to refuse any guarantee claims if it is found that the customer has not taken care of the product per the warranty brochure, or is taking advantage of our claims.
